Unusually, in our patient the metastatic calcification with Metastatic Pulmonary Calcification (MCP), vascular calcification, soft tissue calcification surrounding large joint and calcific uremic arteriolopathy. He underwent parathyroidectomy for secondary hyperparathyroidism.
