Unusually, in our patient the metastatic calcification with Metastatic Pulmonary Calcification (MCP), vascular calcification, soft tissue calcification surrounding large joint and calcific uremic arteriolopathy. He underwent parathyroidectomy for secondary hyperparathyroidism. Five months after surgery a rapid regression of MCP and soft tissue calcification was observed, but calcific uremic arteriolopathy keep progressive development.
